Cortland Manor Project

Redo of patio with addition of new rustic patio and cedar pergola, as well as stone privacy fence, irrigation, dry stream (for drainage and aesthetics), lighting and planting. An additional phase to this project is already scheduled for next year. It includes two sets of steps, one out of kitchen area and one out of screened porch.

Lagrangeville Again

As observed and commented on by other industry professionals, ELITE projects are some of the most spectacular, relating to Design, engineering and uniqueness. "There are only a couple of people in the country that could pull off projects like yours, this takes my breath away" Our pools meet all APSP standards and go BEYOND acceptable safety standards. We use MDX and SDX anti entrapment devices, Sonar Guard pool alarms, automatic safety covers and more. Plus our designs are one of a kind cohesive collaborations that look like they have been there forever. Watch as this and other projects come together. Yonkers Project

This small intimate back yard in the middle of urban life, will bring refuge and tranquility when finished. Included are Shallow underwater sun deck, Raised waterfall wall, automatic cover (all components secluded and hidden behind a spectacular 30 corner wall waterfall, Stamped concrete patio, Planting and lighting for privacy and beauty. And still a reasonable amount of yard for two active little boys to play. Watch as we make appear, almost as if by magic.

Granite Springs

Watch the transformation on this front entry. We made some minor
but dramatic changes to the walk and added and changed planting beds.

Under construction since August, to be open April '08.

        The pool as a beach area, separated from main pool by a raised stone waterfall wall, a slide that is going to be built into a mountain of natural boulders and plantings that spill rushing water into the pool, enough space for people to play basketball, sunbath in chaise lounges, sit in a jetted and heated water sitting spa area, hang out at an in the water bar top table on bar stools built in, of natural stone (with cooler in table for keeping drinks cold), vanishing/ infinity edge, and more.

       The pool house complete with Bathroom, laundry, kitchen, sports bar, Theater space, Elevated roof top deck with Mt. Views.

       The pictures below are of the Pool and Pool House as it is nearing completion. ELITE designed and is building the Pool and Pool House. The pool house includes Kitchen / Bar (complete), stone floor, Bath, laundry, Roof top Deck.

       Pool includes beach area, with separate sitting area sheer descent waterfall wall, jetted sitting area, vanishing edge, built in stone bar-top table and stools, slide will be encased (not visible) in boulder/ plant enhanced waterfall.

These photos are of a recent pool project we just started up the pool. All work was designed, engineered and built by ELITE. Inclusive of Pool house. A few key points. Obviously planting is yet to be done, but coming soon.   notice the table in the corner of pool, there are built in (under water) stools and the table has a center space for ice- beverage of choice, tables stays dry above water and appears to be floating. The pool house has an upper viewing deck accessed by Spiral stairs, There is one picture that was taken as if you were sitting in the jetted sitting area of pool, looking over vanishing edge. The rock/ slide waterfall is nearly finished. we have a few more plumbing details. This project was started in August of 07, we will be done end of May.   we have consumed over 6500 hours. Project is located in LaGrangeville, NY.


This pool is 375 square feet, with raised waterfall wall and recessed hidden cover, beach area (which is natural stone to Match surrounding bluestone coping and stamped concrete patio ) for shallow water adult lounging or kid playing, your looking at a pool that is only operational for 1 day.     We will be finalizing landscaping with sod tomorrow. More pictures to come.
