Assistant to President:

                                Key position in 20-year company with unlimited growth potential.  This is a great opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial drive and aspiration. Mentor under direction of award winning 25-year veteran in high-end residential landscape industry.  Manage short and long term project schedules, inclusive of personnel, equipment, clients, project reports, job costing, ordering, quality control.  As well as company organization and training.  Work towards position of operations manager and or junior partner.  Possibly Assist in design and drafting (both auto cad and Hand) work.

                Requirements: Able to think logically, orderly with strong common sense.  2 years field experience with 2-year degree preferred.   Ability to communicate in Spanish beneficial.  Self motivated and time management efficient. Must have strong communication, computer and record keeping skills.  Valid drivers license.

Starting salary is commensurate with experience.  Range $10- 16.00 per hour, with potential for commissions in excess of 6 figures.   

Project Supervisor:

                Oversee and work with 1-10 people on projects with multiple task (Planting, carpentry, irrigation, lighting, pools, masonry and much more (see work on web site, it all OURS!). Position requires a person that is able to work with their head and hands.  

                Responsible for job efficiencies, budgets, quality and details relating to delivering BEYOND EXPECTATION projects and profit.  Daily duties include at minimum: Management of production hours and materials, client liaison, time and implementation order. Daily crew motivation and assignment. Ability to communicate efficiently and timely with all required parties.

                Requirements: Able to think logically, orderly with strong common sense.  2 years field experience with 2-year degree preferred.  However will train right person(s). Ability to communicate in Spanish and English beneficial.  Self motivated and time management efficient.  Must have strong communication, math and logic skill set.  Valid Drivers license

Starting salary is commensurate with experience.  Range $10- 18.00 per hour, with Unlimited potential.  Will start you at 10% increase from your current salary if you have what it takes.  Records required.

Maintenance Manager -Supervisor:

                ELITE is seeking a self-motivated strongly detailed person who loves (high-end) residential maintenance and interested in growing our potentially explosive program.   This is not mowing and snow-blowing operation!  Specific work involves site up-keep and beautification with site visits varying from weekly to annually.

You will be responsible for managing, yourself and staff of 1- 8 (people to start).  In time multiple (daily) site management will be possible.  Position requires a person that is able to work with their head and hands.
