Mitchell Katz- Director of Human Resource, VP of Finance and Technical wizard:

If you're thinking this is the boss's kid syndrome, forget about it! This young man works as hard and is dedicated to quality results and client satisfaction like no one you ever met. If he is on your project tweaking your pool computer system or adjusting your irrigation or just about anything requiring detail, you know you can rest easy. Here's a guy who knows what it means to be ELITE and he won't disappoint anyone, not you or his dad.  

A soon to be graduate of Marist College where he will earn a business degree with a concentration in Finance and Human resources and a minor in accounting, he ain't no slouch. Mitch (as he likes to be called) put himself through college on an athletic and academic scholarship where he dove division 1, 1 and 3 meter spring board and held school records,  not to mention leading his team as captain. Since he was 3 Mitchell (as his dad and mom like to call him) has been disciplined his whole life, starting with Karate, gymnastics, and from his high school freshman year till now as a spring board diver. He is not afraid of hard work as is evidenced by his multiple jobs where he has, all at the same time, worked here at ELITE, gone to College, held internships both at a wall street bank and a local insurance company, and believe it or not also coached gymnastics and diving.   Oh! And while it's me, his dad bragging, Mitchell is my polar opposite, it's never about him, he doesn't have a bragging bone in his body and talk about Team player, he's the epitome of one.
