Position(s) available would be part time and probably 8-10 months. March through November. Or less if a person preferred. 10-30 hours per week. $10- 15.00 (with potential production and quality bonuses) per hour, paid on 1099.
Office staffing, filling, job costing,
client liaison, scheduling, supplier contact, computer literate and
more. As well as drafting,
design, auto cad, possible engineering work.
Field work, Project management, small
machine operation, many field tasks available for physically capable
(superman or superwomen not needed).
Positions available
1.- Assist in drafting
Preferably auto cad, with some hand -work. Manage short term and long
term project schedules, inclusive of personnel, equipment, up dating
clients, project reports, job costing, ordering, quality control,
company organization and training. Work towards position of operation
manager. Starting salary is commensurate with experience 12-16 per
hour, with potential to make commissions in excess of 6 figures.
2. - Oversee 1-5 people on projects with multiple task responsible for job efficiencies, budgets, quality and details. Salary is commensurate with experience. Starting between 12- 16. With potential to earn what every you deserve based on production. Quality is a must.
3. - At present we only do a
minimal amount of maintenance with only two weekly accounts, and minor
other work. We are seeking to grow this potentially explosive
opportunity. NOT LAWN MOWING OR SNOW PLOWING!!! With more focus on
annual type pruning, and site beautification. We are looking for someone
who enjoys maintaining high standards, is self motivated and driven to
over achieve. This manager would take our already successful client
base and tap it for work in the area of cultivation practices,
beautification, and 3-4 time per year service. Inclusive of pruning,
floral programs, lawn fertilization and analysis. This position would
be a base salary with bonuses based on profit. Potential to within first
year is 35-50k, within 3 years unlimited but most likely 60-80 k, with
longer-term 6-figure salary. Quality, organization and communication
are the keys to be successful in this position.
We
are a small company seeking talented and motivated staffing. Our focus
is on client satisfaction and strong profit margins. We are presently at
our peak sales (sold out for 05) unless we can find talented and
aggressive type staffing. Bilingual is extremely helpful, but not
necessary.
Salary is based on results
only. It is presumed that anyone is capable of being successful.
Success is based on a proven
track record. The more you are able to achieve, the more you will earn.
It is all based on your

Our experience dictates that it
takes about 6 months to one year to become familiar with our operation.
